Yesterday I reread messages I sent during a super energetic phase and barely recognized myself. A month later I could not even get out of bed. That contrast is exhausting and honestly confusing. My family keeps telling me to look into proper care instead of guessing my way through it. What bipolar disorder treatment would you suggest starting with?
