Does anyone know of FABIO FELICE, surfer, snowboarder? I think he is in Recife or Pernambuco. He used to live in USA, Rhode Island, Newport. Water Brothers affiliation.
I saw his photo from a 2000 Slalom event in Chile and Boarder Cross on this site.
